"There have been diverse opinions on the ban of Transport minister Dr Chris Murungaru from UK. While there are avenues for the minister to seek redress by applying for a judicial review in the UK, the courts there have shown through precedent that a legal challenge may not be available to him. An exclusion order is virtually unchallengeable in the courts because of the judicial mind-block on requiring (let alone examining) reasons for decisions taken by the Home Secretary on grounds of ‘public good’ or ‘national security’."
