"A PROJECT set up by the Crime Reduction Unit at Harrow to help protect victims of domestic violence and hate crime which is successfully used in Harrow is to be adopted world wide.
The Sanctuary Project, which is supported by and managed in partnership with Harrow Council, provides security for the victims of domestic violence, by providing a 'safe room' to protect them and their families from violent and abusive ex-partners."
