"ANTISOCIAL behaviour victims are phoning a hotline at a rate of 16 a day, with nuisance neighbours the most common cause of complaint. The hotline was set up by city leaders to provide a 24-hour service to tackle complaints about vandalism, gangs of youths, flytipping and other low-level crime. Since its launch nearly two months ago, hundreds of callers have contacted the service, which for the first time provided a team of officers to respond immediately to night-time calls from the public about nuisance behaviour.
