"DOCTORS and nurses at the Royal Free Hospital are being urged to put on police uniforms and patrol wards to keep their workplace safe. This week the NHS Trust teamed up with Camden Police to launch the first Hospital Watch in the country. Staff at the hospital in Pond Street, Hampstead, are being invited to be trained by police as special constables. They will then be given one day off work every fortnight to patrol wards. "
