"The process of issuing personal and service passports by the Angolan Migration and Foreigners Services (SME) has resumed, being that it will reach its normal flow within two or three days, Angop was informed. "What happened was a failure on one of the distributors feeding the issuing system, which took almost a week to fix it", explained a source with the institution in the state-run Angola National Radio (RNA)'s programme "Manha Informativa". During that period, SME had adopted an alternative system that unfortunately did not meet the demand, said the source, adding that the issuing of extraordinary documents continues."
