"Bulgaria is doing nothing wrong when accepting into citizenship residents of Macedonia or Besarabian Bulgarians, since every country has right to take care of persons of own ethnic origin. This was said today by deputy Minister of Justice in Bulgarian government, Ana Karaivanova, while commenting yesterday's accusations published in "Sunday Telegraph" on mass issuing of passports to foreign countries' citizens. The law envisages enough barriers and guarantees against attempts to abuse the procedure for receiving citizenship for foul intentions, says Karaivanova.
