The IIRP andReal Justice are now offering a "do-it-yourself" seminar kit for groups to examine the use of conferencing in response to serious offenses. The kit includes the award-winning documentary "Facing the Demons," andinterviews with conference participants, practitioners and associated professionals. This article explores the issue of restorative justice conferencing with serious offenses and includes excerpts of interviews with conference participants.
