"Hundreds of city yobs and pests who intimidate, terrorise, and bully have been slapped with orders to keep them under control. Antisocial behaviour including prostitution, graffiti, drug dealing, theft, noisy neighbours, mini moto riding and vandalism has been targeted in the last year since Norwich was declared an Anti-Social Behaviour Action Zone. Meanwhile two crack houses were closed down, 41 nuisance neighbours were evicted from their homes, and 26 prostitutes were given cautions. At the same time, community ventures such as teaching youngsters to play guitar and organising football training have helped keep nuisance youths on the straight and narrow."
