[Australia - SA] Police to name and shame teens / The Advertiser, 12 Feb 2006

The Advertiser: Police to name and shame teens [12feb06]: "POLICE will be given radical powers to publicly name and shame young troublemakers under proposed new anti-lout laws. The laws will enable police to post notices - featuring a photograph and personal details of offenders as young as 13 - in a public place. Premier Mike Rann revealed the 'last resort' move is a component in new civil Anti-Social Behaviour Orders he plans to introduce."
