The Advertiser: Police to name and shame teens [12feb06]: "POLICE will be given radical powers to publicly name and shame young troublemakers under proposed new anti-lout laws. The laws will enable police to post notices - featuring a photograph and personal details of offenders as young as 13 - in a public place.
