"HM Inspector of Constabulary (HMIC) gave a 'poor' assessment of the City of London police's performance. HMIC found a possibly only temporary improvement in the force's input of arrest/summons on to the computer system, and in its entry of court results. HMIC also urged the force to restart entering impending prosecutions on to the system."
