"Linda Bowman is calling for Tony Blair to make amendments to the Human Tissue Act (2004) so that DNA samples can be taken from newborn babies and suicide victims.
Mrs Bowman also wants the Government to collect samples from people who die in mysterious or suspicious circumstances."
