"Government Respect co-ordinator Louise Casey was on Tyneside to step up the fight against anti-social behaviour. "If you asked the public here in Newcastle, or the whole North East, about anti-social behaviour, they would still say not enough is being done and I would agree with that view. We need to go further. That means not just Asbos but also things like getting into the home and dealing with parents who are unable to parent properly and also particular neighbours from hell."
