"Wandsworth Council's youth offending team has helped set up a London-wide initiative that aims to tackle the problem of young offenders travelling from borough to borough to commit crimes. A new Pan-London Protocol, which was developed with help from Peter Nash, the deputy manager of the Wandsworth YOT, has now been agreed by each of the capital's London's 32 youth offending teams. London’s mobile population means young people may live in one borough but offend in another, or young offenders may move home to another borough."
