"PRISON inmates will be offered intensive job counselling and help with housing and overcoming substance abuse as part of a new plan by the Federal Government to prevent recidivism. The Minister for Workforce Participation, Sharman Stone, has told members of the Job Network to go into jails to offer prisoners the same employment services as anybody else."
