"Abu Dhabi: The Naturalisation and Residency Department has revamped its entire operations to provide swift and efficient services, which include 14-hour daily working hours, same day processing of transactions and an Empost delivery system. More than 35 counters have been opened and the number of staff has also been increased. All counters will be open from 8am to 10pm during weekdays in two uninterrupted shifts, while special counters providing emergency services during weekends and holidays will be available."
