"THE discovery of suicide bomb backpacks similar to those used in the deadly Bali attacks in October have raised fears that Jemaah Islamiah is planning another terrorist strike. At the weekend, Indonesian police found the partly assembled bombs in a building close to a safe house linked to Bali bomb planner Noordin Mohammed Top. Australian Federal Police have sent a technology expert to help the Indonesians decipher information on a computer found in the same raids in Central Java. "
