"The figure was disclosed by Bill Hughes, the directorgeneral of the Serious Organised Crime Agency (Soca), which will be launched by Tony Blair tomorrow. People trafficking will be a priority, along with the drugs trade, which Mr Hughes estimates is worth £7 billion a year in Britain."
