"TASMANIAN Road Safety Council chairman Doug Parkinson said mini motorbikes were a menace. Mr Parkinson said the mini motorbikes, sometimes known as monkey or pocket bikes, would be banned in an ideal world. He said the bikes were illegal on public streets and could not be registered." All people can do is use them on their own private property and even then we ask parents to be careful."
