Because families have become more mobile, moving to places where they do not have the support of older, experienced members, there is no support network, Floyd said.
'In Camden County, you have a lot of families that don't have safety nets,' Floyd said. 'Because of that, parents rely too much on the school system for what the parents need to provide.' "
